Prosíme o včasné omlouvání termínů!
Omluvy nebo změny termínu jsou akceptovány nejpozději 24 hodin před domluvenou návštěvou, a to formou SMS (+420 734 294 333) nebo emailem (recepce@moado.cz). Pro registrované jsou změny možné přes rezervační systém.
U FT poukazu pozdě omluvený nebo neomluvený termín propadá. Tento termín zpravidla neobsadíme, a proto za takový termín účtujeme storno poplatek 300 Kč.
U služeb nehrazených ze zdravotního pojištění je vyžadována platba předem, a pozdě omluvený nebo neomluvený termín propadá bez náhrady.
Pokud 2x po sobě bez omluvy nepřijdete, Vaše další termíny budou zrušeny.
Dodržováním těchto zásad zkrátíte objednací termíny dalším pacientům.

Doba trvání terapie
Prosíme, mějte na paměti, že rezervovaný čas služby nezahrnuje pouze samotnou terapii, ale celkovou péči o Vás.
Během této doby je potřeba se na terapii připravit – svléknout se, po terapii se opět obléknout a fyzioterapeut také zaznamenává průběh ošetření. Po každé terapii provádíme úklid, dezinfekci pomůcek a přípravu pro dalšího pacienta. Někdy si také potřebujeme krátce odpočinout, napít se nebo zajít na toaletu.
Z těchto důvodů prosíme o respektování pokynů terapeuta, který určuje délku samotné terapie v rámci vyhrazeného času.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Please cancel or reschedule your appointments in advance!
Cancellations or appointment changes are accepted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, by SMS (+420 734 294 333) or email (recepce@moado.cz). Registered clients may make changes through the online booking system.
For FT vouchers, appointments cancelled late or missed without notice will be forfeited. As we are generally unable to fill the appointment slot at such short notice, a cancellation fee of CZK 300 will be charged.
For services not covered by health insurance, payment in advance is required. Appointments cancelled late or missed without notice will be forfeited without refund.
If you fail to attend two consecutive appointments without prior notice, all your subsequent appointments will be cancelled.
By following these rules, you help us reduce waiting times for other patients.

Duration of Therapy
Please keep in mind that the time reserved for your appointment includes not only the therapy itself, but the overall care provided to you.
During the reserved time, you need to prepare for the therapy, including getting undressed, and get dressed again afterwards. The physiotherapist also needs time to document the treatment. After each therapy session, we clean the treatment area, disinfect the equipment, and prepare everything for the next patient. From time to time, we also need a short break to rest, have a drink, or use the restroom.
For these reasons, please follow your therapist’s instructions regarding the duration of the therapy itself within the reserved appointment time.
